Carriage Driving Beginner’s Clinic

Cost:    $15.00 GSH&CS Members, all Juniors (under 18 years of age) & auditors (non-driving)

             $30.00 Non-GSH&CS Members

Clinician: Katie Kashner, Delaware Valley University’s faculty member, in the Department of Equine Science and Management. She specializes in carriage driving instruction. Ms. Kashner is a certified driving instructor with the Carriage Association of America and the American Riding Instructor’s Association and serves as the faculty advisor for the DVU Carriage Driving Club.

For more experienced beginners with their own equine, harness and carriage, a limited number of private half hour lessons will be available following the clini at a cost of $45 each.

All participants must sign a Horse Park of New Jersey Liability waiver and a Garden State Horse & Carriage Society Liability waiver prior to the start of the clinic.
