Welcome to the Garden State Horse and Carriage Society!  We are a club made up of carriage collectors, drivers and equine enthusiasts from New Jersey and the surrounding area.  While our club focuses on the sport of carriage driving, anyone who is interested in equine activities is welcome to join.  

Each member has a passion for driving horses, ponies, minis and mules.  All types of equines and vehicles are encouraged to participate. The interests of our members cover many disciplines within the sport of driving.

Throughout the year, the club sponsors various activities that are scheduled and organized by its members. These include activities such as clinics, pleasure drives, our holiday party (with our silent auction), and other events. Please go to our “Activities” page to learn more about these events.

Memberships include individual, family and lifetime. As a member you also receive our newsletter "In Draft". Please see our “Membership” page for more information about membership benefits and to download our membership application.

Visitors are welcome to attend our monthly meeting, held at 7:30 PM, on the second Tuesday of the month at the Millstone Township Community Center.  The Center is located at Stagecoach Road (RT. 524), next to Clarksburg Inn, Clarksburg, NJ.
